Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping at Trisha's Boutique. Every piece in our collection is carefully curated and quality-checked before it reaches you. We want you to love what you receive, and we stand behind the quality of every order.

Our Commitment to Quality Each saree, outfit, and jewelry piece is handpicked for its craftsmanship, fabric quality, and finish. We take great care in packaging and shipping every order safely to you.

Returns & Exchanges Due to the artisanal and ethnic nature of our pieces, each item is unique and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. In the event your order arrives damaged, we offer store credit or an exchange upon review.

Damaged Items Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at trishaboutique22@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request promptly and respond with the best resolution. In the event of damage upon arrival, store credit or exchange will be offered upon review. Please note that slight variations in embroidery, stonework, or finish are inherent to handcrafted pieces and are not considered defects.

Sarees – Sizing & Fit Sarees are one-size (approximately 5.5 meters). Unstitched blouse pieces are running fabric included with the saree. For sarees with stitched blouses, size is mentioned in the product description — please check carefully before purchasing as we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. For ready-to-wear sarees and readymade blouses, please refer to the size guide on the product page.

Jewelry, Lehengas & Ethnic Outfits Due to hygiene and the custom nature of ethnic jewelry, all jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. For lehengas, ethnic outfits, men's kurta pant sets, kids' outfits, readymade blouses, ready-to-wear sarees, and sarees with stitched blouses, please refer to the size guide and product description carefully before purchasing, as we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues.

Color & Image Disclaimer Product colors may vary slightly from images shown due to screen settings, photography lighting, and digital presentation. Some images have been digitally enhanced for presentation. These are natural variations and not defects.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as orders may already be in processing.
